Return & Exchange Policy

Exchanges

We offer exchanges on all products.
If you wish to exchange your item for a different size or product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. The item must be unused, unwashed and in its original condition with tags.

Returns (Store Credit Only)

We do not offer refunds.
If you would like to return your product, we will issue store credit to your Shirtly account after the returned item is received and inspected. Store credit can be used anytime on future purchases.

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for an exchange or store credit:

  • Product must be unused and unwashed

  • Tags and packaging must be intact

  • Request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery

  • Damage or wrong product must be reported with photos

Non-Returnable Items

  • Products damaged due to misuse

  • Items without tags

  • Washed or used products

  • Discounted or sale items (if applicable)
